The standard reply to this question is to “allow a maximum of 14 days for delivery” however in virtually all cases orders within India should arrive within a week of ordering. We aim to dispatch all t-shirts within two working days of receiving your order although unforeseen circumstances, such as items being out of stock at the supplier, can occasionally delay dispatch. All orders are sent by by top courier companies like FEDEX, ARAMEX, DELHIVERY, DTDC Courier and should therefore arrive within Five working days of dispatch (you will receive an email to let you know when your order has been sent).
What is the cost of postage and packing?
If payment is made via our our secure Net-banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card options powered by CCAVENUE or in the case of Bank transfer and cheque payments, then shipping is free of cost within India if total cart amount is above Rs 799/-.
We charge shipping based on the country and the weight of the order for international shipments. Send us an email on contact@zealevince.in and we will provide you with our bank account details.
If COD (Cash On Delivery) is used to pay for the product, then an additional handling charge of Rs 50 per Order is applied.

How do I return a t-shirt that is the wrong size?
If you receive a shirt but decide that it is either too large or too small we will be happy to exchange it for the correct size. Simply send us an email at contact@zealevince.in requesting us to initiate a Return Pickup. Once we have received the request we will initiate the Return Pickup. After the Product has been delivered to us we will issue the Refund for the same in terms of Store Credit. Please note that Rs 100/- per product will be deducted from the total refund as the Return Courier Charges. How Do I Return a Defective Product:
We take utmost care in our Quality Control to make sure you receive best quality products without any defects. But we are all humans and are prone to mistakes, In case you need to return an order because of an error on our behalf or because of a defect, we would really regret the inconvenience caused to you because of us. In this case we will be happy to refund you your total amount as well as postage charges and the taxes that you have paid while placing the order.
Kindly Email us at zealevince@gmail.com stating that you have received a defective product. Please also mention your Order No, your Name and Phone number used to place the order. Also please share the Images of the Defective product so that we can conclude the case ASAP.
Please Note : Package Opening Video is required if you want to claim refund of any sorts for defects or missing products.
Once we have received the complaint from you regarding this we will initiate a Return Pick Up From our end. You will get the details of the Return Pick on the email used to place the order.
The Refund will Only be given once we have received the return shipment. It may take up to 15 days for the return shipment to get delivered back to us.
Please Note That the Customized/Personalized Products will not be replaceable or will Not be eligible for refund in any condition.
My Credit/Debit Card was declined – why?
For security reasons all our credit and debit card processing is done by Razorpay- a specialist company that handles thousands of such transactions every day. Therefore, we never actually see your details – all we get is confirmation when your order has been successful. If your card is declined and you are not sure why then you can contact razorpay at https://razorpay.com/support/#request detailing the message you got and they should be able to explain the problem.
How to cancel unshipped Orders.
In Case you have placed an order on our website and for some reason you want to cancel your purchase, then please email us at contact@zealevince.in immediately.
Cancellation of your purchase will be at our discretion and if unshipped cancellation charges of 5% of total amount paid will be levied.
Please note that once the product has been shipped, then we will not be able to cancel your order. If you as a customer refuse to accept the product at the time of delivery, then you will be responsible for forward and return charges of the the shipment.
I want a shirt in a color other then those listed – is this possible?
If you do have a special request we’ll do everything that we can to fulfill it for you so please email us to arrange it. Please note that as we do not stock all colors of t-shirt some of these one-off orders will take a bit longer than usual to deliver.

We have set-up a mailing list in order to keep people up-to-date with new designs and products.
