In accordance with the law, you have a 7-day ‘cooling off period’ after the delivery of the order, in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive your refund in terms of Store Credit. Should you choose to cancel your order, we will refund your payment within 30 days of your cancellation. Refund will be in terms of Store Credit which you can use to purchase anything from our website. The Store Credit will be valid for one year from the date of purchase. (Please Note that COD (Cash on Delivery) Charges and shipping charges will be non-refundable). Please note that you as a customer will bear the cost of returning the product to us unless the product is defective or you have received the wrong product due to our error.
How to cancel within the 7-day cooling-off period:
Should you wish to cancel your purchase within the 7-day ‘cooling-off’ period, please email us at zealevince@gmail.com
Please tell us your name and address. If your order was made from this website, please tell us your order ID.
Once We have Received the Return Request On our Email, We will share the address with you where you need to send the product back to us. Please mention your Order ID on a paper and ship the product back to us.
In Case you are not being able to send the product back to us on your own then we will initiate the pick up of your Return from our end. Please note that the Return shipment charges of Rs 100/- Per Product will be deducted from your Store Credit Refund if the product weighs under 500 gms and Rs 150/- Per Product will be deducted from your Store Credit Refund if the product weighs over 500 gms.
The Store Credit Refund will only be given once we have received the same product that has been ordered in the return shipment in resaleable condition. It may take up to 15 days for the return shipment to get delivered back to us.
PS: If there is no courier service available to pick up from your PIN code, then the responsibility of returning the product will be entirely yours.
Note that goods should be returned within 7 days of delivery. You should Pack Them, Unworn and Undamaged, and Unwashed. If the product is received in not re-saleable condition then the Refund will not be issued.
For Returns initiated by us, we require you to take pictures of the product while handing it over to the courier Boy. If the product delivered to us is not the same as the product ordered, and if there is no Proof of the correct product given to the courier boy then we won’t be able to process your refund.
We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage.
Return OF Products On Sale:
Return or Replacement of products on clearance Sale and below Rs 600/- will not be eligible for Returns.
Refunds for unwanted goods:
Provided that we receive unwanted goods in unworn and resalable condition within 7 days of delivery, we will refund the payment for the goods. The Refund will be made as a store credit which you can use for any future purchase from our website.
Returning Defective Product:
We take utmost care in our Quality Control to make sure you receive the best quality products without any defects. But we are all humans and are prone to mistakes, In case you need to return an order because of an error on our behalf or because of a defect, we would really regret the inconvenience caused to you because of us. In this case we will be happy to refund you your total amount as well as postage charges and the taxes that you have paid while placing the order.
Kindly Email us at zealevince@gmail.com stating that you have received a defective product. Please also mention your Order No, your Name, and the Phone number used to place the order. Also please share the Images of the Defective product so that we can conclude the case ASAP.
Please Note: Package Opening Video is required if you want to claim a refund of any sort for defects or missing products.
Once we have received the complaint from you regarding this we will initiate a Return Pick Up From our end. You will get the details of the Return Pick on the email used to place the order.
The Refund will only be given once we have received the return shipment. It may take up to 15 days for the return shipment to get delivered back to us.
Claiming Missing item in the order.
In case an item is missing in your order, you can email us at zealevince@gmail.com. Again Unpacking video of the same is required for us to entertain any such claims.
Cancellation Of Unshipped Orders.
In Case you have placed an order on our website and for some reason you want to cancel your purchase, then please email us at contact@zealevince.in.
Cancellation of your purchase will be at our discretion and if unshipped cancellation charges of 5% of total amount paid will be levied.
Please note that once the product has been shipped, then we will not be able to cancel your order. If you as a customer refuse to accept the product at the time of delivery, then you will be responsible for forward and return charges of the the shipment.
Please Note That the Customized/Personalized Products will not be eligible for replacement, cancellation or any kind of refund in any condition.
