At Zeal Evince, we are committed to shipping your orders on time and ensuring a smooth delivery experience. However, please note that the actual delivery of your order is managed by third-party courier partners (such as Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees, etc.). Delivery timelines depend on multiple factors and involve shared responsibility between the buyer, seller, and courier partner.
1. Shipping & Dispatch Timelines
Free Shipping on all orders above or equal to ₹799/- across India.
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of placement.
Typical delivery timeline: 5–7 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.
2. Packaging & Handling
All orders are securely packed to ensure products arrive safely and undamaged.
Prepaid orders (Netbanking / Credit Card / Debit Card via Razorpay) incur no extra charges.
COD (Cash on Delivery) orders include an additional ₹50 handling charge, levied by courier companies.
We recommend prepaid payments for faster delivery and smoother experience.
3. Cancellations & Refusals
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
If the customer refuses delivery at the doorstep, forward + return charges of the shipment will be borne by the customer.
4. Proof of Delivery – Unpacking Video
Customers are advised to record a clear unpacking video of the parcel upon delivery.
The shipping label must be visible in the video.
Claims for missing/damaged products without an unpacking video will not be entertained.
5. Delivery Confirmation & Disputes
If a courier company marks a shipment as “Delivered” but you have not received it, you must notify us within 2 working days of the delivery update.
Only then can we raise a dispute with the courier partner.
Seller (Zeal Evince): Dispatches orders on time with correct courier details.
Courier Partner: Responsible for transportation and delivery.
Buyer (Customer): Must provide accurate details (name, address, pincode, contact number) and be available to receive the parcel.
7. Circumstances Beyond Control
Delivery delays may occur due to factors outside anyone’s direct control, such as:
Remote or non-serviceable locations
Extreme weather (floods, cyclones, heavy rains, etc.)
Strikes, lockdowns, or natural calamities
Incorrect/incomplete address or pincode
Inactive, unreachable, or unanswered phone numbers
In such cases, neither Zeal Evince nor the courier partner can guarantee fixed delivery timelines.
8. Refunds for Delivery Delays
If an order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe and the customer requests a refund:
Non-Customized Orders: Refunds can be processed after deducting both ways courier charges (forward + return).
Customized Orders: Refunds cannot be provided, as these products are made specifically to order. Refunds not possible in any circumstances as we cannot resell the customized jerseys.
9. Tracking & Support
Tracking details are shared once the order is shipped.
Customers should track shipments via the courier’s tracking portal and contact the courier helpline for local updates.
Zeal Evince support will assist with escalations but cannot override courier operations.
