Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to shop with confidence at Zeal Evince. Please read our simple policy below.
7-Day Cooling-Off Period
You have 7 days from receiving your order to cancel it and get a Store Credit refund.
Store Credit can be used on any future purchase and is valid for 1 year.
COD and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is borne by you unless the product is defective or sent in error.
How to Cancel or Return
You can send text WhatsApp on +91 8451065552 or Email us at [email protected] with your name, address, and order ID.
We’ll reply with the return address or arrange a pickup (if available in your PIN code).
Pack the item securely—unused, unwashed, and in resaleable condition—and include your order ID inside.
If we arrange the pickup, the following charges per product apply (deducted from your refund store credit):

For high-value items, we recommend you ship the return yourself for added safety.
Refunds are issued once we receive the product in acceptable condition (allow up to 15 days for delivery).
Important Return Guidelines
Products on clearance sale or priced below ₹ 600 are not returnable.
Keep a photo or video while handing over the parcel to the courier as proof.
We’re not responsible for damage or loss during transit—please pack carefully.
Defective or Wrong Product
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please:
Email [email protected] with your order ID, contact number, and photos/videos of the issue.
An unboxing video is required for any refund or missing-item claim.
We’ll arrange pickup and issue a full refund, including postage and taxes, once the product is returned.
P.S.- A Few hanging threads from the jersey or collar, which scissors can easily cut, don’t count as a defect.
Missing Items
If any item is missing from your parcel, email [email protected] with your unboxing video and order details so we can assist promptly.
Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can request cancellation by emailing [email protected].
A 5% cancellation charge or 100 Rs, whichever is higher, applies.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Refusing delivery will result in a deduction of the forward and return shipping charges.
Customized / Personalized Products
Customised or personalised items cannot be returned, replaced, or refunded under any circumstances.
